My son is doing a year long fellowship in San Francisco. On his way from TN to CA, he had a mishap with a truck tire (or what was left of it) on the interstate. Not knowing anyone in SF, we checked Yelp and decided on Hanson’s to make the repair. Fantastic choice. He set up an appointment (it took almost a month to get in) and they arranged a rental car for him. He dropped it off last Monday and they had it ready for him on Wednesday! We could not believe the fast turnaround. My son said the repair looked great and they had even completely cleaned (practically detailed) inside and out. We could not be more pleased with the performance and service of Hanson’s. I hope to never have to use them again, but I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the SF area that’s needs body work to take their vehicle to Hanson’s.

A few months ago my car was backed into inside of a parking lot, while I sat in my car. Not a fun day. State Farm gave me a list of body shops they work with and Hansons was close by and had good reviews, so I took my car to them them. The reviews did not lie, professional attitude and performance. Pete is all business and very communicative and they made my door look brand new again. I was called several times with updates on the progress and when it would be ready. They color matched white pearl from 1996, not easy to do that. Overall good experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future if I ever need more body work done.

I took my Honda Odyssey to Hanson’s to have scratches touched up. As usual, the customer service is really great, and my van came home looking like new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hanson’s to anyone, this is the second time they’ve taken care of my van and both times they’ve exceeded by expectations. Peter and his staff at Hanson’s Auto Body Repair do a great job, walking you through all the details of the process. As mentioned before, they really work well with insurance companies as well as rental car companies. They had Enterprise waiting for me when I dropped off my car to take me back to their office for a replacement rental. They had my car ready when they said they would, washed and vacuumed it, and were willing to wait for me at the end of the day due to bad traffic delaying me.

A couple of months I was in an auto accident. The insured’s company recommended three different auto body shops near my home and not knowing any of them, I arbitrarily picked Hanson’s. I’m so glad I did! Calling for an appointment was easy and Pete Meyer, the owner, was kind of enough to stay late as I wasn’t able to get in for an estimate during normal business hours. They made the repairs within a week as promised and the car looked good as new. Not only that, but they cleaned the car inside and out, something I hadn’t expected. In addition, Pete called about a week later just to make sure that I was still happy with the repairs. I will definitely go back to Hanson’s should I ever have the misfortune of being in another accident and will definitely recommend them to my friends

As much as i seem to be a magnet to get rear ended my greatest find was peter meyer at hansens auto body shop. he made my car look brand new and very quickly he speaks english and is extremely polite and very professional. His office staff is very effecient and his auto workers are very pleasant
